Optimising Workplace Giving Communications, Charities Aid Foundation Australia and New Zealand, 2013

In May 2013, Charities Aid Foundation (CAF) Australia interviewed Corporate Social Responsibility Managers from a range of companies including Ernst&Young and PwC. Participants were asked to respond to the question what makes an effective workplace giving communications campaign and what does not.

The research study provides recommendations the growth potential for in workplace giving; the opportunities for better communication with employees, and creating a culture of giving.

The report provides information on the survey responds as well as tips for more effective workplace giving programs/
